I’m a daughter, sister, auntie, friend, coach, creator, and lover of travel, fashion, coffee, beaches, and all things wellness and growth. Inspired by the ocean, music that moves my soul, deep conversations, and the people who go all in on life. In constant awe of signs and synchronicities, and grateful for the sacred moments that make me feel present and alive.

But let’s get real — getting here wasn’t some polished, linear path.

It’s been heartbreaks, detours, rock-bottoms, and incredible leaps of faith.

I’ve navigated marriage, divorce, miscarriage, fertility struggles, the loss of a parent, career dissatisfaction, anxiety, and the wild, sometimes hilarious ride of dating in my 40s.

I’ve sat in the discomfort. Pushed through doubts and fears. I’ve taken big leaps, hit walls, taken detours, ended things, and had things end before I was ready. I started over. I’ve fallen flat on my face — and gotten the hell back up, again and again. 

And every time, I learned:

➔Leading with my heart — even when it’s scary, uncomfortable, and makes no logical sense.
